Tiffany Davis

Tiffany Davis is the lead litigation paralegal at Freedman + Taitelman. She joined the firm in late 1999, and has worked on numerous real estate cases, breach of contract disputes, entertainment matters, talent agency act cases, employment related matters and all types of general litigation matters.

Tiffany plays a vital role in preparing for and frequently attending various important motions, significant trials, arbitrations, labor commission hearings, mediations and other court related proceedings. She has extensive experience in drafting discovery, reviewing pleadings, drafting declarations and other court related documents.

Tiffany managed over 200 cases for a nationwide financial institution that resulted in numerous judgments that led to the successful levying of commercial trucks, bank garnishments, earnings withholding orders (wage garnishments), turnover orders, and real property and personal property liens.

Tiffany managed over 100 cases while assisting a Chapter 7 Trustee of an Estate to collect the accounts receivables of a dissolved law firm.  Tiffany’s involvement resulted in at least $1.1 million in settlement payments and $2.8 million awarded in judgments.

Tiffany had been instrumental in some of the firms highest profile cases. She has worked on matters for Ice Cube, Vin Diesel, Gabrielle Union, Megyn Kelly, Diplo, Migos, UTA, Turner “Tfue” Tenney, Mariah Carey, Alanis Morissette, Untitled, Brillstein Entertainment Partners, Cassie Randolph, Debra Dugan (former CEO of The Recording Academy), The Estate of Michael Jackson and many others. She has routinely supervised important outside contractors including private investigators, litigation support services, public relation experts, reputation management companies and document retention companies.
