Contact Adam Pugatch
Adam Pugatch focuses his practice on general business, real estate, and entertainment matters. He regularly advises businesses and entrepreneurs in connection with a wide range of both legal and business issues. In this capacity, he is able to draw on his experience and problem solving skills to influence the strategic decision-making process.
Adam has extensive experience in all stages of civil litigation including law and motion practice, dispute resolution, arbitration, and trial. He is admitted to practice before all California State Courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Prior to joining Freedman + Taitelman, LLP, Adam was an associate at a boutique Los Angeles firm where he litigated on behalf of corporations and national insurance companies in a variety of complex matters. From 2012 to 2013, Adam was a member of a team of attorneys representing a diverse group of creditors seeking recovery of investor losses resulting from a billion dollar structure settlement Ponzi scheme.
Adam graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in Public Relations. He received his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School, where he was a member of the Immigration Law Clinic and externed with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
