Tamar Yeghiayan is a litigator whose practice focuses on business, professional liability, commercial, real estate, insurance and entertainment disputes. Ms. Yeghiayan is a client-focused attorney with experience in all stages of complex commercial litigation, including court appearances, motions, discovery and legal research, and additional background in corporate, compliance and criminal law. Ms. Yeghiayan is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Central District Court of California.
Ms. Yeghiayan received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2013. During her time in law school, Ms. Yeghiayan spearheaded the representation of Kash Delano Register and helped facilitate his exoneration after 34 years of wrongful incarceration. Through LPI she gained significant practical experience reviewing cases, weighing the role of evidence, interviewing witnesses and drafting key court documents.
