Benjamin A. Marsh is a litigator whose practice focuses on business, entertainment, intellectual property, insurance and real estate disputes. Mr. Marsh is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.

Mr. Marsh received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2006. During law school, Mr. Marsh was a Production Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review from 2005 to 2006 and a Staff Writer for the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review from 2004 to 2005.

Mr. Marsh earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Colgate University in 2003, where he graduated cum laude and was inducted into the Pi Sigma Alpha political science honors society.
